While not a traditional beach, Hemenway Landing is popular for launching kayaks and canoes. It's a great spot for exploring the marshes and nearby creeks. Parking is available, but spaces are limited and can fill up during peak times.

Looking over what appears to be a marsh toward the Atlantic Ocean, water splotches up between the tall dune grass and mud. From the shore we look past some trees that edge the picture. Farther out, what appears to be an island is slightly visible before the horizon.

A beautiful cloudless day. The sand on the shore of the beach runs away from us and is almost bleached white. On the left is a body of very calm water just outside of some overgrown seagrass. On the right, tall dune grass waves in the wind.

Dyer Prince Beach

Often considered a hidden gem, Dyer Prince Beach requires a bit of a walk through seagrass-lined paths to reach the shoreline. It's a tranquil spot, perfect for those seeking solitude.

Coast Guard Beach, Eastham

One of the most famous beaches on the Cape, Coast Guard Beach offers stunning ocean views and is popular for swimming, walking, and even seal watching. The surf can be strong, so it's a favorite among more experienced swimmers.

A snady shore that gives way to overgrown seagrass and a body of water. A sitting bench edges into the left side of the picture. The body of water takes over and expands to the horizon. There is a boat flowing the water as well. Above the horizon a couple of cloud obscure the sun.

Boat Meadow Beach

This small, scenic beach on the bay side of Eastham is perfect for a quiet, relaxing day or a stunning sunset. The warm, shallow waters make it ideal for families with young children.
